Community Involvement

Headquartered in a small rural community of northwest Colorado, TIC is committed to being a contributing member and integral part of the communities in which we live and work. It is our philosophy to participate fully and always have a positive impact where we work.

TIC's community involvement includes:

• Donation of services such as labor, equipment or materials, as well as monetary donations, for local projects
• Project open houses for the purpose of community education and interest
• Hiring local craftspeople and laborers and providing training and skills upgrades for the local workers
• Contributing to the local economy by using local vendors, subcontractors, suppliers, banks, and other local businesses and services whenever possible
• Fostering a positive environment for TIC employees at work, home and in the community
• Participating positively in the community as good corporate citizens and as individuals

Some examples of the organizations we support include: community betterment programs such as DARE and teen leadership workshops, Little League, 4-H, Scouting, schools, church programs, hospitals and local service organizations.
