Container Berth 1 Realignment

As part of The Georgia Ports Authority’s continued plan to enhance terminal operations, TIC performed expansion work on Container Berth 1 at the Garden City Terminal, creating an expanded berth that will allow the Port of Savannah to serve four 16,000-TEU vessels and up to three additional vessels. The expansion will add an annual berth capacity of 1.5 million TEU.
