TIC – The Industrial Company was hired as part of the engineering, procurement and construction contract for the 705-megawatt, nominal rated combined-cycle gas turbine power plant. The scope of work includes overseeing the design of the power island equipment, designing the foundations for all the power island equipment and then install, start-up and commission all equipment including a GE 7HA.03 combustion turbine, A650 steam turbine and GE/Alstom 3-pressure heat recovery steam generator.
